Men's Watches

Watch is a useful tool for both men and women. Most of them are using watches not only as a tool to keep in track with time, but also as an equipment to show the prestige.
There are different type of watches made for men depending on the person, occasion and also fashion. All the men in the world do not like to wear the same type of watch. They make their choice mostly depending on the skin color and the likeness. Some people look for a specific brand as the choice. They prefer it no matter how costly it is. There are some famous brands of watches people used to wear for prestige more than anything else.

Another factor which is considered by the men before selecting a watch is the working environment. For a person who works in the garden with the watch needs a much durable watch than the person who works in an air conditioned room. Special features like water resistant and shock resistant has enabled people to use the watch at any time anywhere.

Firmly parked at the intersection of Geek Street and Park Avenue, Gucci has entered the digital age with these modern watches which let your friends know that you’ve truly arrived (or that you’re just independently wealthy).

Gucci Mens Digital LCD Watches iGucci

Part of Gucci’s appropriately named iGucci series, these luxury LCD watches feature a cool round white-on-black display, set behind a sturdy sapphire crystal. The LCD combines a small dot-matrix display showing the current mode, and a pair of segmented displays which can show the time in two time zones simultaneously. I especially like the alternate display mode which shows the time using virtual analog hands.

It’s all set into a substantial stainless steel body that’s water resistant to 3-atmospheres (appx. 100-feet). You’ve got your choice of either a black or red rubber wristband, which of course features the inimitable GUCCI logotype.

Of course, all this upper-crusty goodness comes at a price. List price for the watches is around $1300 each, but I was able to find them over on eBay for under $1000. Such a deal.

Ebel - 1911 BTR Automatic Chronograph Sports Watch

Ebel's latest exclusively masculine line, 1911BTR is designed to attract men for whom a watch is both a style and lifestyle statement.

The 1911 BTR Automatic Chronograph line has five sporty mens watches featuring vibrant hands and strap stitching. Each model has black rubber pushbuttons and crown, black dial and 11 hand-applied SuperLumiNova hour-markers.

Each is driven by Ebel's proprietary Caliber 137 automatic chronograph movement, manufactured in Switzerland and chronometer-certified by the COSC. It also features the distinctive Architects of Time oscillating weight that has become a brand signature on men's watches housing Ebel's "in-house" movements.

The black dial model was presented to Yannick Noah this month. In 1982 Ebel became an official sponsor of the promising young tennis player. From then on, Ebel has accompanied the champion throughout his sports career which was to earn him 20 titles.
